Widefield Microscope: Leica Thunder Computational Clearing (inverted configuration)

Description: Leica’s Thunder imaging systems remove out-of-focus haze typical of widefield images. Computational Clearing produces sharp, high-contrast images significantly faster than confocal imaging. This instrument is well-suited for specimens that do not require optical sectioning, but would benefit from “haze” reduction. The system captures four color fluorescence, brightfield and DIC. Illumination and detection filters are independently controlled. Stage-top incubation is available for live imaging.
